About the firm

We treat pants like the malware they are.

Bilateral Persistence Ltd. is a hypothetical endpoint-hygiene practice focused on fabric infections of the bipedal runtime. We do not sell trousers. We write findings about them.

Origin story (classified satire)

After Bipedal Packaging Co. was acquired for an undisclosed pallet of void fill and dissolved into a shipping label marked RETURN TO SENDER, the remaining analysts noticed a pattern: every “packaging failure” started with the same morning install. Fabric. Bilateral. Persistent.

We rebranded. We sharpened the threat model. We stopped asking whether pants fit and started asking whether pants should have been allowed to execute.

What we believe

  • Consent matters. Legs did not click “Allow” on that waistband.
  • Laundry is not a patch cycle. It is a deceptive uninstall dialog.
  • Pockets are phishing surfaces. Lint is the ransom note.
  • If it moves laterally without MFA, it is not fashion — it is a worm.

Family of enterprises

Proud member of the Keshav.com family of hypothetical enterprises. Prior housemates include Limb Lease Holdings, Bench Warmth Analytics Inc., Cuffless Futures Ltd., and the late Bipedal Packaging Co. Continuity of gag is our only SLA.

People

Our counsel, M. Folder, Esq., occasionally addresses correspondence to a prior company name, then corrects to Bilateral Persistence Ltd. after a sigh audible through PDF metadata. Everyone else is a fictional SOC analyst who has never forgiven denim.
